Sedap Restaurant

Drawing inspiration from the Malaysian phrase ‘Sedap’, which means ‘delightful’. Sedap is a stylish restaurant just off the Pullman lobby. Chefs cook up an array of Malaysian and international dishes in front of diners – live cooking stations featuring flaming stove tops. It’s an experience for all the senses.

Open daily, from 6:30am until 10pm, Sedap tempts locals and travellers with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks served à la carte. Breakfast is available from 6:30am until 10:30am, with a selection of Asian and Western choices.

The restaurant serves all day dining à la carte menu, BBQ Dinner Buffet + Roasted Whole Lamb on Saturdays and Carvery Roasts Lunch Buffet on Sundays and Public Holidays. Children aged 6 and below dine for free with a paying adult.

This lively restaurant is the perfect spot for a coffee break, quick bite and relaxed meal – almost any time of the day or night.
