From 01/07/2022 until 31/08/2022Live Butter Crab is unlike any other crab dishes: it is a seasonal dish that exclusively combines the butter crab’s paste, roe and its meat. It is flavourful with all four preparations on the menu, including the must-have crab roe wrapped with crepe, cucumber, spring onion and dip in the three chef’s own dressings.
